Pros Actually works like it's supposed to, best price.
Cons Some poor design & construction.

I must agree with the previous reviewer about the water tank. Not only is there no tray to empty, but the tank is not enclosed on it's top. So when you wheel the bulky, heavy thing outside to take a leak, water splashes all over the floor. Ridiculous design. Makes me call it Stupidtown. I am also... Read full review »

Pros Recirculates the water requiring less frequent emptying.
Cons Difficult to empty, louvres to direct the air are not multidirectional.
Recommended it? No

I purchased the Sunpentown 10,000 manual A/C as a second portable air conditioner, my first being a Soleus. The Sunpentown has louvres that are only adjustable one way, from side to side, not up and down. It is advertised to come with a water tray for the accumulated water, but apparently this has...
