Avoid at all costs

Pros Adequate printer, usable fax and copier for two months
Cons Completely unusable as a scanner, overall a defective product, very poor customer service.
Recommended it? No

I have had no end of trouble from this terrible product. We have had LJ3330 and LJ3380 AIO's in the office, so I thought I knew what I was getting, but this thing just doesn't work at all. The software is the biggest problem, I think, they have added huge amounts of bloatware to the install, which... Read full review »
