Pros Nice looking box with a Maytag repairman on it.
Cons Customer service is a joke, warranty is a joke, packaging is misleading.
Recommended it? No

I purchased a Maytag 10,000 BTU air conditioner that failed the start of the second season I used it. I took it to my local Maytag dealer that is very near my home.
I was told that they could not service Maytag air conditioners because they are not made by Maytag and Maytag will not supply... Read full review »

Pros Quiet when it does run
Cons Top vent allows rain and cat urine, from the neighbors cat into the unit.
Recommended it? No

I bought mine about 2 years ago. I have visitation rights at the repair shop. The warranty is great, everything has been covered. But I need it to run more that 3 months at a time. Will never buy another one. When calling the manufacture I got the run around because it carries the Maytag name but... Read full review »
