Rock Star Boots for Your Red Carpet Moments

I love all these boots- I think black suede adds a fun and glamorous touch to any outfit, especially when the heels are as high as on the shoes above. Nine West shoes are comfortable and reliable, and the heels won't snap when it's past midnight in the city and you're running to catch a cab. Black ankle boots create a great party look when paired with a skirt and a splash of color up top, and they can also fit under bell-bottom jeans that won't display their low-cut ankle line. The paparazzi ankle boots might work better when they can be fully displayed, since their trail of sparkles up top will call attention to your fabulous legs. The Jazid boots, with their laces, look particularly great with jeans. As for the boots that go up the calf more, I love wearing them over leggings or tight jeans, either dark or light. The slouchy suede on the Ignatious boot and the fold-over top on the Nodin boot, combined with the heels, can make anyone look ready for a late night out. Since the heels are not overly high, these are also comfortable for walking and dancing.

All of the shoes by Chinese Laundry, bursting with bright colors and stacked with platforms and high heels, have an impressive way of spicing up any outfit. I love the shoes above for their bold, funky style. A touch of snakeskin in an otherwise conservative outfit never fails to leave a touch of scandal in your wake, and the purple heels will attract attention no matter how dim and romantic the mood lighting.

These are just for fun. You couldn't wear them to work, but you could keep them in your car to slip on after as you cruise off to some place exciting. Sometimes, you just feel like calling attention to your legs!
