Warranty is a joke, not made or serviced by Maytag
I purchased a Maytag 10,000 BTU air conditioner that failed the start of the second season I used it. I took it to my local Maytag dealer that is very near my home.
I was told that they could not service Maytag air conditioners because they are not made by Maytag and Maytag will not supply...

CRAP!!!
I bought mine about 2 years ago. I have visitation rights at the repair shop. The warranty is great, everything has been covered. But I need it to run more that 3 months at a time.
