Pros Quiet when it does run

Cons Top vent allows rain and cat urine, from the neighbors cat into the unit.

Recommended it? No

I bought mine about 2 years ago. I have visitation rights at the repair shop. The warranty is great, everything has been covered. But I need it to run more that 3 months at a time. Will never buy another one. When calling the manufacture I got the run around because it carries the Maytag name but is actually a Fedders product. Has had 3 fan motors, the electronic panel was replaced and now just called the shop again, no fan!
